(Advanced) - 4 WEEKS OF INTENSE CONDITIONING

Classes every TUESDAY @ 6:30pm & SATURDAYS at 7:30am for 4 weeks!

Classes are 60-90 minutes long and progressive.

Also - cant' make it every class?  Thats OK - we have a SATURDAY-only package as well (same price for members or non-members).

Classes run for 4 weeks!

If you have not signed up for class and wish to attend at the last minute, please do so.  I encourage as much participation as possible!

Saturday Classes are on rain, shine or snow! Pls come early. If not pre-paid- DROP IN RATE is $15.00 per class

Personal Training & Specialty Classes

INTERMEDIATE/ ADVANCED CAMP - Training: classes every TUESDAY at 6:30pm & SATURDAY at 7:30am at Inspire Fitness - Prepare to go outside.

BEGINNER CAMP - Training: classes every THURSDAY at 6:30pm & SATURDAY at 7:30am at Inspire Fitness.

One-on-One Personal Training:  Personal training 1:1ratio rates vary between $40.00 & $50.00 per hour.  Evening Training also available in your home with your equipment.  Please inquire with Reception.

65 Years Young:  This class is based upon request.  Ladies, gather your friends for a half hour of information, fitness and fun!  Min. 4 per class.
